Very beautiful Britt - I like all the glow that the lights have to offer in this image. Also nice that you were to enjoy Christmas Eve taking some nice shots! :) jano

Nice image and good for you to go out in pursuit of a shot you wanted. If it were halloween I would lean to creepy, but for christmas I see peaceful.

You have a point, but I prefer to remember it as serene. It really was until I started freaking myself out. Never heard the city that quiet before! :)

after reading your comment, it feels creepy and dangerous...instead of dreamy and peaceful :P
considering the photo has two firey eyes..fog could be considered as smoke...yellow lights as fire...tree skeletons...how about a new title, "Modern Mordor". -Abstract

Abs, if you remember the other night it was SO foggy and I went up to Union College to take this shot because I wanted to get the clocktower in the fog. There were NO cars anywhere and it was SO quiet! I was almost a bit freaked out being up there on the sidewalk, alone with my camera, especially since I drove my daddy's Magnum up there! Thought I was lunch for some freakjob, for sure!

Now this I do like:-) Its not often you can shoot into lights & not have them blow out but the fog makes this work nicely & well framed wiv the trees. Well done me Britt.
