Rod, you should be in my art class, where the instructor is determined to move me away from my insistence that I want my art to LOOK like something. "Why does it have to represent anything?" he asks. Actually, I don't hate abstracts, and I certainly like this one. It has a nice rhythm and design to it.

I'm beginning to feel some tension and I'm meaning it....

"tension & meaning"...you are going philosophical on us. - RK

The bleeding oof & shocking dof are artiiiistic tools to give the shot tension & meaning. I spent lots of time trying to get this shot the way I wanted & Britt thinks the two mins I put into this shot was a waste of time. Who else but a dedicated artiiiiiist would put this amount of time into a Barley Bag?

Ok, so the pissy girl doesn't like the oof shot. Yes, it's a nice abstract, but it just doesn't blow my skirt up. The pattern is great, the colors are great, but the oof bubbles on top just don't do it for me. :(~ ~BB

Yep, really like this one with the distorted surface, the golden colour and the fact that it does indeed fill the bleeding frame. What an artiist.

Thanks RK, did you notice how it FILLS THE BLEEDING FRAME?:-) Awesome a.
I think Britts smitten with me she keeps sighing whenever I pass by.

Glad you brought this back. This is an excellent abstract shot. Great color and patterns here.
