Great shot. In thumbnail it looked like it was strectching the topic a bit because it looked like there was some negative space, but in large size you can see that the crayfish parts are just under water in those sections.
I find the topic interesting, and the colors rich. Fun shot, it puts me in mind of aliens.....or lunch
