Britt, nothing is falling there, it's just a part of the cliff. What I find amazing is that people use those rocks to practice mountain climbing despite the big signs there warning it is dangerous because the rocks might shatter and collapse...
I also have another photo of the same spot where I zoomed in and you can see the climbing gear, and yet another of a smaller rock with a rather young kid up there.
