Hi All, This shot was taken with macro filter with the old faithful S-1. The branch of my japanese maple was covered in tiny drops (uh oh I mean only one LOL) I shot this facing my lawn. The green is my grass in both cases. The "hidden frog is actually reflection of aspects of the tree branch creating the illusion of two eyes and a froggy smile. I get weirder every day. Great waterdrop picture. I wonder how you got this uniform background

Excellent photo. The background helps to highlight the dyamics of the drop. The hiding frog adds interest!! -Cat

now thats an abstract! one of my favourites. i love two shades of green in the shot. btw i kept waiting for that drop to fall :) such a static shot, but still soooo dynamic. -Abstract

Blokes, LOL I feel the same way about this shot Paul. I kinda like it, but really should'nt I think. I see a little frog face too. I was having trouble finding lonely things, and decided to go into the macro mode with the old faithful S-1. Rod, uh, I need to try that cloning thing on my own so I will give that a try. (dang, do you have to have such a careful eye?) Blink or something. yvonne

Lovely shot Yvonne & as the hobbyists will tell you "a good use of negative space" (hate that expression) It's really great to see people breaking away from the rule of thirds & the shots still working. Surely you can clone out what looks like a dead pixel in the bottom right third of the shot (white dot) I can see the cute frog too:-)

Most bizzarre, i keep on looking at this and see different things each time, more often than not i see a big happy frog. I like it but i don't know why i do.
