Thanks Mark, This is not a Christmas ornament. Its a closeup of a cover of a glass bowl. Here is a similar photo of the same object from a distance, which I put in exhibition gallery.

I can't make up my mind if this is a Christmas ornament photograped with the front opening showing or, just a glass bowl or votive holder of some sort? Beautiful colors and although it has the feel of photographing glass instead of through glass, with the beautiful colors shinning through the glass I'll view this as photographing through glass :-)
