If it's photographed through glass, it works for me ;-)
Nice colors and fascinating tenticles! These creatures have always fascinated me!Maybe (*) next time you can consider the idea of changing position so that the flash does not reflect straight back at the camera.

Oved, you have such nice colors in this image that I'd just crop out the offending BHL and make it more of a closeup of the octopus. Although we won't be able to see the glass, I don't think you could get this kind of a shot except in an aquarium. Of course, if Markjay wants the glass to be more apparent, that's another issue.
