I forgot to add, aam1234, that this method is good enough for my level of photography and much cheaper than buying the «shift/tilt»-lens a professional photographer would use in these cases! ;-)) db.

Thanks, pfehlauer, for commenting; I'm glad you like my look at the European side «de la hispanidad»...
No, aam1234, I do not usually climb ladders when taking pictures (I'm possibly a bit too old for that, as well). But when postprocessing my photos, I often do correct some vertical lines—or horizontal ones, for that matter—in PhotoShop ("edit>transform>perspective" or "edit>transform>distort"), in order to give the image a «more normal» look (as you'd call it). — db.

Ok. How do you manage to keep your architecture photos look...normal. I mean, if I were to take this pic I will mess up the perspective real bad. Yours look as if you climbed a ladder or shot from the 2nd floor to keep it looking normal. What are your thoughts.

Very nice, beautiful street.

Whatever, aam1234: up to you! I wonder what I might know on this subject, other people wouldn't... — db.

Hi db (Danial, right?). Am I a fan? yes. Ill advised? probably not.

Speaking of advise, I have a question for you, it's of a general architecture nature. Would you like me to ask here or in the general thread. I prefer the latter so everybody can learn something from you. Waiting for your "advice" ;)

Thanks, Jano and aam1234! (I understand I may, then, keep you, aam, on top of my modest list of—ill-advised?—fans. ;-)) — db.

I like the perspective here and it is appropriately titled. jano

Ha ha, I can pick your photos if one eye was closed and the other is blind... that's a compliment.
