I think darkening them wouldn't be a bad move, not because I don't think it's legal as is, but just as a personal opinion. I love the colors on the water.
After checking, I'll leave it alone. The sky and boats are an important part of the image, IMO. The silhouettes look dark enough on my monitor. In fact, I like a little touch of color in them. Question: Does a silhouette have to be totally black to be legal? If so, then I will have to darken them........in some other entries here, they are not totally dark....so, opinions, please. Nice shot, Shu. Have you tried darkening it so that the people are completely in silhouette?

The two people look really great, their position is terrific. Somehow I like it better cropped down to the top of the two lower boats. This made the people 100% of the focal point & made the shot a bit more edgy. Nice shot Shu.
