I think both the shadow and the texture of the mat make this picture work, I love it.

Shu, this is really beautiful. I love the shapes of the pitcher and its shadow and the reflection inside the pitcher. A good choice for b&w. My only question is how you took it tomorrow and managed to post it today? :-) ~Sharon
