Fantastic white on white composition. The structure of the background and the shadows contribute a great deal to the attractivity of this shot. Interesting "making of" ;-)

Now that I actually READ the other comments lol, I give you the photographer nerve award for reaching over the neighbors fence to photograph these. He he.
I don't know your neighbors but, I suppose there was the possibility that if you tried to arrange those flowers, they might have rearranged your face! LOL

I like the image overall concept and the composition of the wall in the back diagnal line in the image, but I (*) don't like the arrangement / position of the flowers in the image frame. Keep shooting, shu!

ROFL I guess using the clamp would have been overkill then! Makes the shot more special! jano

May I add a comment? I was reaching over a small picked fence of SOMEONE'S yard in order to grab these blooms for the shot against their white house!! What a nerve! Shu

Great shot, diagonal line adds alot, has a painting quality. Rich

I love this white on white composition, shadows, etc. I don't know if this could have helped you Shu, but a handy gadget to have around is one of those handheld clamp thingys you find in the hardware store (similar to pliers but the tension is such that it is always clamped unless you squeeze it open). They are fairly thick and can cast a nice shadow while holding the flowers in place, propping it up on something else, etc. And you can arrange the composition the way you like it and keep your hands free. Nice shot here for you holding these flowers with your left hand!!!! jano

Thanks for your critique. I saw this scene and since the shadows were too far to include in the frame, I held the blooms with my left hand so that the shadows would be included, but failed to notice a perfect composition. It's critiques like yours that help me improve my photography skills, Techo, and I thank you for them!! Shu

Lovely shot Shu :) beautiful whites on white, and I like the extra shadow play and textured background. (*) one tiny nitpick, was hoping the middle flower was in little bloom as well.
