Excellent idea, I like the diagonal arrangement, sharpness and contrasts. I checked color tones numerically; the background is now absolutely black (RGB 0,0,0) whilst the flashlight is blue.

Techo, It did look a little blue. I checked it against the original. It must have been a white balance adjustment. Does it still look blue? I redid everything from scratch. Will have to do for now. theFly

Yep, the background is black but the flashlight is blue .But I did like the blue on blue. I wonder how come my screen is showing the colors whilst some others didn't see it.

I too like the idea, the composition and the flare. But it's looking more like blue on blue than black on black.

Cool idea, Lee. It needs just a little bit of clone work in the upper left quadrant to remove those marks
