Really interesting take...gives it a completely different feel. In my opinion, though, it's just playing around too much with the reality of the shot.

I like this picture but every time I look at it I wonder how it would look if the bust was the same size as the man's head. So I pulled it into PS and did a quick and dirty enlargement.
Thank you Mary Anne. Yes, I duplicated the background layer, applied gaussian blur to it, added a layer mask and painted on it to get back the main subject.

Very interesting with all the shades of white and the intensity in the face of the man. I haven't decided whether I like the statue in the background to give depth to the image or whether it's just a distraction.
