My gosh this is a great photo! I can't imagine the little one doing much wrong though - makes me wonder what dad(?) did wrong. I already want to see these two subjects 15 years from now in the same pose! Great shot!

Looks like tears:>) I love the natural disproportion between the kids tiny hands and the big boofheads face.
