Composites

Sometime the hardest part of doing a composite picture is visualizing the final effect. Here are some examples:

"How Much is That Doggy" by ISO3200

Thought it might interest some of you to see before and after shots of *How much is that doggy* from the challenge 83 - Signature Image.

The top shot is the one I really wanted as the keeper with the dog looking on how he does, but I was sloppy with the crop in my haste to get it before he ran away. Also the other windows in the house were not helping the image, and there is a nasty drainpipe next to the window which was also fighting for attention.

So a bit of compositing and repositioning of the bricks helped me create something in my signature style.

I also took the archway over the top of the window from a second image I had shot at the same time, and composited that in as well.

Did anyone guess it was composited?
