Just using Levels (CTRL + L), I could get a beautiful blue sky. Just move the black, gray and white input sliders until you feel satisfied with the results. But everything has some compromises. I improved the sky, but the lower part of the picture got really dark loosing all details. Well, this is what all this tutorial is about. We are going to save the picture in the next steps.
