Finally, after humid and soggy weather, I was able to venture out on my bike on one of my favorite bike trails in Iowa. This bridge is towards the head of the trail and crosses our local Cedar River. Many times we have to yell "bike back" to warn pedestrians or other bicyclists to move to the side as we come through...or worse yet, "bike in front of you"!!!!
Well, it makes me want to buy a bike, since I don't own one, LOL.

This shot really makes me want to grab my bicycle for a ride. Great angle and perspective. I also like the weird feeling that the bridge is leaning to the left, due to the wood boards placed in diagonal.
During local MTB races, here we shout "Pista, Pista", or "Derecha, Derecha" to let know others in front of you that you are going to pass them on the right hand side. Most of the times it works; but sometimes you end in the floor with the other racer trying to get up as fast as you can and fighting to separate the jammed bikes. :) Is great to feel that adrenaline rush!

Nice one Jano. I love biking on trails like this. The sound the tire makes on such boardwalks is something I enjoy a lot. I am there... and I can see Techo and Paul too at the other end :-) -Cat

As far as I know you need to use sRGB for any internet posting of picys. Adobe RGB is for a wider colour spectrum for high end printing & doesn't show up well on the internet.
Anyhow this shot would work well in any colour gamut great work Jano:-)
Paul, believe it or not, I had a handy little bell but for some reason it disappeared from my bike so I complained about that on the ride - must inquire of sneaky children. Techno - I never heard of photos appearing better in IE being saved in sRGB - I'll try that and give it a whirl... Thanks for comments.

I like this one, the blur gives me the feel that you've just shot off up a ramp Evel Kneivel style:>)
Great open, outdoors feel to this, like Techo says it feels like we're there.
Very fun perspective. It's like I'm already there. Also neat touch with the motion blur in edges. Though one thing, this photo should look better in Internet Explorer if it was saved in sRGB instead of AdobeRGB.
