Daughter's Reflection

This photo is in contrast to my other photo found at http://www.pbase.com/ctfchallenge/image/39154416. The first anniversary of my father's death will be coming up June 3rd, so I was reflecting on that thought today. The frame of this picture is in the original one given to my mom (cardboard) and thus given to me.

other sizes: small medium large original auto

Jano, beautiful picture, so filled with sentiment. This was the kind of feeling-charged photo I had in mind for the other meaning of the "reflections" theme.
Thank you for sharing your memories with us.

This is very nice JS! The hand, your's I assume, adds to the reflective feel of the image. Shu

I think you can fix what you have. Use the color cast on the picture. Also do an Auto Levels. Then add brightness/contrast. -8 for brightness and +8 for contrast. I do that to almost all my pictures. theFly

I agree - was trying for an old look (picture is very old) but i woke up thinking that this was too yellow. Will reshoot to get the effect I want or use PS. Thanks. jano

JStrong, It seems to have a yellow cast across the picture. You may need to use the color cast feature of PS to correct. theFly
