Nice shot - not sure about the frame though....... ;-)

Yep, Rod -- You're the boss (and rightly so)! Shu

Thanks all for the nice comments:-) Shu & Abs I tried a crop as you suggested which did emphasise the window & reflection more, but cropping the bottom off lost the glow & the thicker part of the wall. This left the shot too flat & uninteresting for me. Thanks anyhow:-)

Rod, they are right! This one is by far your best one for this challenge, and it begs to be in eligible. The crisp detail, the balance between the vibrant colors on the window and the delicate light on the wall gradually changing from cream to blue, this is seriously beautiful!

I agree with Abstract, Rod....see if you can crop as suggested. You might like it! That wonderful window, color and shadows are the focal point. You really don't need anything extra. IMO Shu

i love everything about this shot colors, reflection, simplicity, sharpness, details......except center composition. too much unnecessary wall at right and bottom side of frame. very good shot nonetheless. -Abstract

These are the colors I was talking about! I like also the composition. Well seen!

I like this one because of it's abstract quality.. Its simplicity and color give it eye appeal.Shu

This is better than those in Eligible. The reflection is so good on the lower pane that you think you are looking through the window but thyen you move to the opaque upper pane and you realise it's a reflection. The spots of late sunlight are warm and comforting and fit so well with the church feel. The more you look you notice the the 3 panes of patterened glass at the top of the window and the gorgeous texture of the render on the walls. Put this in Eligible you dopey bugger

I put this in Exhibition cos I want to be the first one to win both before Paul does:-)

Beautiful shot, Rod. You must have some real stunners up your sleeve if you put this one in the Exhibition gallery. (I haven't looked at Eligible yet.) You have captured the textures and tones wonderfully.
