Moreton Bay Figs *

Wellington Point, Brissie Oz

In disproportion........of course.
I've had a busy week & weekend & just got time to duck down to Wellington point before I had to cook the dinner. I wasn't told to cook the dinner it was my choice (cook or vacuum the floors)But I had a very good hour with the SLR & I'm starting to relax a bit with it. Taken with the 18mm-55mm USM L lens (L for light)

Canon EOS 350D ,Canon EF-S 18-55mm f/3.5-5.6
1/100s f/8.0 at 18.0mm iso100 full exif

other sizes: small medium original auto

Thanks all:-) Mary Anne what do you expect from an artiiiist? The dinner was just edible:-) But the company was good..........just me & the missus.

Rod, my title would be Big Foot for the tree in front. The sunset lighting is awesome, the distant specs of trees really gives a sense of disproportion.

Beautiful light, Rod. What is it about Australia that provides such atmosphere? I 'm glad you're getting more comfortable with your camera, but it's not surprising, considering that you're an old hand with SLRs. It gives me hope that I'll be able to master the use of the 350D I'm dreaming of buying.

BTW, how was your dinner?
