...is that a Royal Doulton Old Country Roses plate that the toast and eggs are sitting on?? LOL Shu

Wot would Paul know Cats?:-) The jug helps reinforce the lean but have a look at the sugar bowl & & & the two cups:-) How much of a crop was this? As a rotate would fix it mate:-)

There might have been a bit of a sag there on the picnic basket. Who cares, the image is interesting and inviting. Shu

Very inviting indeed and so pretty! I wonder if the illusion of leaning to the left is because this appears to be shot on a picnic basket outside and maybe it is indeed tilting a little? I have to go now cause this has made me hungry! jstrong

Thanks Rod and Paul. Don't know why the optical illusion. Pauls take on it may have a clue... -Cat

Lovely atmosphere to this one, very inviting. I see what Rod is on about but i think it's the unusual shape of the mouth of the milk jug creating an illusion.

That looks really good with the eggs done just how i like em:-) There's a strange illusion at play here as the top half of the shot looks fine but the china on the tray all look as though there leaning to the left. I could understand it if you used wide angle but 52mm shouldn't give this distortion as far as I know. Nice shot anyhow mate:-)
