Lee, I knew this was yours before I even clicked into it. That's a compliment. Bit like an isopic in that you can see the style from the thumbnail. Nice idea, nice lighting, nice B&W.

Thanks pfehlauer! No special lighting. Just the 100 watt floor lamp by the chair. All the rest of the lights in the room were off. theFly

Thanks All! As many have noted, I did want to create a timeless look. I know that many fathers have escaped the world around them behind the paper. I also wanted to create an image that looked normal, with the exception of the box. Techo, you seem to know me too well. 8-) Paul, I will have to keep my eye out for the movie. ROFL!!! This is how I'd like to be sometimes. Just LEAVE ME ALONE!!!! It reminds me of when we were at a convict prison in Tasmania a few years back. The girls took me to the solitary confinement cell and shut the door on me. It was pitch black and deadly quiet (the walls were 3 ft thick). I sat on the floor and thouroughly enjoyed the peace and quiet, cos after 7 days in paradise with them, I figured I'd earned it. They were quite horrified when I didn't want to come out! LOL! Excellent imagination, as usual Lee. Gayle

LOL! This is hilarious. This is literally 100% on the topic. Can't argue with this one whatsoever. I like the bw, lighting, the open window blinds and that you placed something brighter on the table on your right. That surely balances of the picture. One more thing I like is that you do not have any holes for the eyes on the box. :-) Cat
