Hi Max, A couple of comments that I think may help you. Shooting into a sky that bright produces purple fringe, which is unsightly. But there are actions available to mask it a bit. I think this particular image, benefits from adjusting the curves so it also gets more contrast. It may also benefit from saturating it so the red becomes more red, although I'm biased towards saturation. Hope this helps, Nugar
