Nice shot Alexeig. Your shooting technique really worked fine, and i will certainly use it when i will have a reflex.. So far my swiveling A80's LCD is doing the trick!

That was close LOL do you think they’ve heard the shutter. ;) Srf_Cast

now I realize that you did it with a 300D ... that's a tough one... great shot, sharp and colorful

Richard, here is how
- shoot at waist level WITHOUT looking in viewfinder. This is where 18 mm comes handy due to HUGE angle. It is enough to point your camera roughly in the direction of your subject to have'em in.
- still, try to hold your camera horisontally
- come close to your subject just moving around with your finger on your shutter, camera hanging at waist level and not looking directly at your subject

Hope this helps

How did you get this shot? I've been really stuggling with this challenge, and I can't imagine how you manage to take such a great candid at 18.0mm? -- Richard

Excellent shot Alexeig, the girl being in a red jacket & looking this way really helps to balance the composition. I love this shot.Well done mate:-)
