The tallest structure in my community, which is pretty high when you consider the community is made up of mostly 2-3 story homes and single apartment complex. Built in 1890 it's 80 feet high with a total of ~86 stairs. In the last hundred years there have been a total of 4 keepers. Sadly the 3rd one passed away a couple of years ago, I hear he was a great man who took care of the place for 43 years. I'm not sure who takes care of the lighthouse now but it seems to be great condition :-) More info about the neighborhood was posted with the photo in eligible
