Larger than life size sculpture of one of the four shuttlecocks on the lawn at the Nelson-Atkins Museum of Art in Kansas City, Missouri.
They are made from aluminum, fiberglass-reinforced plastic, and urethane paint by Claes Oldenburg and Coosje Van Bruggen.
Installed in 1994, these sculptures provide a unique view for passerby’s of one of the finest art museums in the Midwest United States.
