The big broun building on top is Carmel Hospital in Haifa, Israel. I live near it. You can see my house just a bit to the right of the hospital. The turkiz building at the down left is an international convention center. The picture was taken from the sea shore which is at the west side of the mountain.
Unfortunately, the afternoon was cloudy and lighting conditions far from good :-(
