Winter Sky (*)

Not much sunlight at all hereabouts at this time of year, but we do get a few hours a day on the rare occation that it's not completly cloudy - It's so short though, that it pretty much only consists of either sunrise or sunset :)
Burned the bottom bit of this to get the silhouette all dark and adjusted the levels a bit to bring out the texture of the sky.

Canon EOS 20D ,Canon EF 50mm f/1.4 USM
1/500s f/10.0 at 50.0mm iso100 full exif

other sizes: small medium original auto

The sky colour comes from taking some artistic liberties with the white balance :)

Dramatic sky. I wonder where the brown sky color comes from

Love the dark & dramatic tones in this shot.

Thanks all :)
Reading the forum-thread, I realise this might be considered a bit off-topic, but the light is kinda golden... as long as you increase the saturation of your monitor... oh, and wear a pair of those sunglasses with orange/yellow glasses.
