You are right Garrett. Unfortunately, the top is a bit of a mess, that's why I cropped it (and to emphasize the foreground as you said). Thanks for the comment.

You are absolutely right Alex. The original photo I was planning to submit turned out to be larger than 150K so had to resize it more. Didn't know that one needs to use USM again after resizing.

This is a nice find. I wonder though how it would look with a tad of USM, say 200/0.3/0. Also, a tad of local contrast might help, but this is just me
