Iso, the lighting and tones are beautiful, but I'd crop some off the top so that the sleeve and bottom of the bra are not visible. Also, I find the panties and legs to be distracting. How about the same pose shot from a different angle? You know, partially in profile so that the swelling of the belly is more obvious.
