Hi, The blur is because it is only 1/3 sec exposure, I'm assuming it was taken on manual or shutter priority (Tv) mode with this set to give the impression of movement maybe? Like the colour and the expression, but think it would be better if it was sharp and not blurred by the slow shutter speed.
Thank you Rod and Dorys. Dorys, I've checked the original and didn't see any motion blur. I've smudged the background to smooth out a pattern. My guess is what you see as motion blur is the pattern left at the border of the head. Probably had to use a smaller brush there. I'm still a novice both in photography and in image editing... Oved
