I cropped original to add focus to the sign and use the trees to frame the stream in the background. Applied a bit of (PS)unsharp mask to bring out details.

I actually DID try it in B&W and was torn as to what one to use for the contest! The color/USM version won out (it was close!)

Hi Joe, I think this shot may benefit from B&W... have your tired it? That way, you can get that photojournalistic/ebola setting :)
