Taken outside the Houses of Parliament.

This traffic light had been hit by a car onto the road, but was still determined to work. It was taken through busy traffic on a long exposure, as a result there are reflections of sodium lights, a floating green arrow and assorted trails which I feel adds a pleasing abstract nature.
