Hello Andrew,
I spent the last two weeks in Mexico, but I'm back now. Been very busy as usual.
Please tell me that you took some nice pictures of the "barriletes" or cemeteries on November 1st!
For sure we have to meet before you leave. My e-mail is on my profile in dpreview. Write me so we can arrange something.
-Jose Pablo.

thank for all the nice comments jude, rod, christina, mike, jose, and nugar. jose it´s good to hear from you. i though you were out of commission. rod, i liked the smaller version also so i put a somewhat smaller image up. nugar, it is quite possible that i´m getting entirely way too much sun. i haven´t been using any of the sunblock that i picked up a few months ago:-) thanks again for all the comments and criticism.

Very nice. I like the Antigua-like colors and that every frame is not perfectly aligned (Did I make myself clear? I hope so.)

Very creative and fun! I love your expressions and the tilted way each piece fits..

I don't agree with the "I want it bigger posters" It's the body language that makes this shot a whole. If the facial expressions were clear it would become nine shots instead of one. Excellent work Andrew, I love it mate.

Oh! This is so cool. A great entry for the subject. I also would like to see the person larger. I wonder how it would change to crop within each block so that the wall comprised less of the shot and the mirror took up more of each shot? Really nice, though. Great color and idea. Very creative. I like the detail of the offset arrangement of the individual portraits. It is more organic and evocative of the sometimes seeming randomness of human nature. It strengthens the theme of your photo. Offsetting the 3x3 grid breaks up the pattern and keeps focus on the person. Well executed!

I agree with the previous posters. I also think you may be getting too much Sun. Are you using your sublocker???

Thanks for all the nice comments abstract, ann, don, lee, and Mom. I guess it´s good to hear that more people than my mom think i have a good picture. Don´t worry mom, your opinion is important too! I resized it up 1 percent.

Andrew, nice concept. expressions do look interesting so i agree with Lee that it would definitely be better with bigger "you" :) -Abstract
self note: Now I need a shot like this. okay weekend project

Sometimes I think I'm spending too much time on these challenges that could better be devoted to eating crisps and watching telly, but then I see a photo like this and I think, "Yeah, I need to hang around for the inspiration." Thanks (he said, putting the crisp packet back in the cupboard).

This time mom knows best! Great shots. * I wish it was a little bigger to be able to see the different expressions. theFly

I like this. Love the colors and the simplistic/complexity of the shot. Very creative. Mom--and it is not just because I am your mom.
