The clincher for me was the dew drop. Scratches don't typically have those. -- Victor

Thanks for the comments. I think that is a spider web as well. I thought exactly the same thing and thought I had a scratch on the sensor or something, but looking closer, it looks like a web. I decided to leave it in. - Mark

Is that a spider web going almost horizontally across the frame? At first I thought it was a scratch in a slide, but that wouldn't make sense for a digital photo. -- Victor
