I agree with Techo, the small part of the pole showing just belongs there.

Thanks Nico. Updated the photo with your suggestions :-), my screen brightness was way low, so the sky was actually brighter than I thought. I played around with the crop, I snipped off a little bit from the left side but not too much, IMHO it doesn't look right enough without the post.

overall the image is slightly yellow cast... i think if you correct that it'll add to the photo by giving you a slightly deeper blue sky and a bit more contrast in the birds and pole. Nice composition, im a bit unsure though about having the vertical part of the light post (bottom left hand corner) in the photo

Alright Rod :-), I uploaded the photo without the extra frame. Though I still liked the old one ;-), the reason so the photo wouldn't look too tightly cropped. This still looks good though. If I find the extra time later, I'll probably replace this photo with something else.

Thanks Rod. You think the frame is distracting, right? ;-) Maybe it would be better if I change the color of the white border line to a darker shade of blue?
