I"m ashamed to say these are my favourite winter boots, and I do actually wear them. Stained and battered from years of use, I'm sure they'll see me right for another few years.

Rod, yep this is pretty much it! Old, worn out but still fairly useful :-)
Tracy, I think they photographed a lot better than they actually look. The heels are still covered in mud from the rainforest shoot with Neil a few weeks ago. The white marks are from getting soaked at the beach last week.
Old boots never die....they all end up in Gayle's closet.

Gayle... you have no idea how close I came to doing such a similar shot... only my boots are much uglier, and covered in mud from treks in the forest, and I'm too lazy to clean them... you did a much better job than I would have done... great shot!!!
