The Chaikins of Bellingham

Baranof Lake, SE Alaska

First off, I didn't take this picture. One of the other folks on our Alaska trip took it using my camera... so it is not eligible for voting folks. But I had to include it.

Arvin and I have become known in the last several years as "The Chaikins of Bellingham." It began with a young friend (my son's age) and his daughter who came to visit regularly. He began saying, "I'm am a close personal friend of the Chaikins of Bellingham." This became a common phrase of other friends and soon it stuck... so you see before you, in beautiful SE Alaska, the Chaikins of Bellingham.

Thanks All. Carmen, I could use those servents but alas no... but it does come with friends and felines. The latter consider us to be the servents rather than the other way around. We do have a wonderful house though, our idea of a castle. It looks out on a lake and is in Bellingham, a city for lovers of art and music. So life is good. ;) Ann

It is always great to see a happy couple after quite a road together

Very distinguished sounding, that's for sure! Does it come with a castle and servants?
