Not only did the resolution and overall quality get worse, but even the colors lost all of their color. Not only that, but I was reading a magazine today and they said the files must be under 100k to submit to their competition. How can a good photo be 100kb?

A picture like this is very hard to compress due to the high amount of detail.

I just wanted to say this picture was much better before I had to make it smaller and save it as a quality 4 jpeg. How do y'all stay within the 150kb limit?
