thnxs for the feedback... I was trying to get a long shadow on the wall but the sun and window werent cooperating with me. I'll use the suggestions to try something today.

I like the angle of light and the b & w treatment, but I'd get rid of the bear completely. How about an item of clothing or a person's back or hand or shadow, or even cut to the right a bit and include some item on the floor. Maybe the bear? I do like the concept. Mary Anne

I very much like the idea, but I'm not 100% on the execution. I'm not sure the large area of wall helps the composition, and the bear feels too obviously "placed". I'd be inclined to have the bear not sitting against the pillows, more "abandoned" on it's back, perhaps towards the edge of the bed. Phil
