It's the fluffy seed stem of a dandelion plant. Rabbits love the green leaves - they can be used in salads as well.

Nugar, you are right. This is a flower which comes in great quantities with us, but it is widespread all over Europe. Its flowering version is athttp://www.pbase.com/image/28526611

I would think it's that flower that when you blow it, each of those white things float. I don't know the English name (heck I don't know the Spanish one!)
