I like this shot but just like the other images you entered, this one needs also more contrast. The color of the sea improves a lot with more contrast. Also, it's unfortunate that you trimmed the image in a way that created a 'visual incident' - you let the upper edge of the image just touch the end of the pier. Dou you have more water towards the top of your image so that the top of the pier gets more room above it? If not, I would trim the image a bit more and cut off the little piece of sea that is now still visible above the concrete - this improves the image a lot imho.
