this pic, I was stopped by a police officer. She questioned me and
asked for ID, she said I looked suspicious for taking pictures of a
building in 'these times'. I could understand her concern since this
was shortly after the events of Sept. 11 and plus the parking lot was
used as a staging area to prepare food and supplies to be transported to
lower manhattan. No post processing done other than resizing down to
640x480.
