A friend invited me to accompany her to a rehearsal of the symphony orchestra. Because there were so few people, I was able to move around the hall. This shot was taken from the section of the balcony that overhangs the left side of the stage. (The music was wonderful, by the way, and it was most interesting to observe the interaction of conductor and musicians during the rehearsal process.)
