One of the more striking members of the Vancouver skyline. The architect was charged with the task of designing a building that flowed away from all angles. All the design plans were approved and construction began, but had to be halted because the builders were using black glass in contradiction of the city bylaws and the approved plans. ;) I also think this is where the Dalai Lama first went upon his arrival in Vancouver, April 18,2004.
