Wide-eyed Wonder . . . * by Bee

I am so pleased with this catch because Lizzie is not easy to photograph - she can't keep still for long unless she sleeps or is hunting like here - curiously she was watching a fly caught in the lamp over my head and listening to the buzzing sound...

Gayle, the challenge closed on the 17th and I shot this on the 18th :-( I appreciate your comments but no deal! Lizzie is a very unusual marmelade color and when the light hits her she looks very pretty...

Thanks, Ann and yes, she is a 1 1/2 year old MC and can be quite capricious and aloof at times but that adds only to her charm - her brother, a brown Tabby with white is the opposite -mostly easygoing and full of fun...loves to be carried around like a ragdoll under my arm ... Your Fiona looks a darling, Ann :-)

Oh Bee! What a wonderful catch. Lizzie looks like a Maine Coon. Is she? being hard to catch in a photo is part of the breen I think. ;) My Fiona never stays still... places to go, things to do. I really love the intensity of Lizzie's expression here. Her eyes and ears are purrfect. Great shot. Ann C
