To celebrate the 50th challenge, I decided to redo my first challenge which was #5 fruits and veggies. My entry was cabbage. The picture can be found here http://www.pbase.com/image/1303435/original

I picked this as one of my favorite subjects because I like to add hunor to my pictures and take studio shot (aka my kitchen counter). The picture is of a horn melon. This is how it was wrapped and labelled from the store.

I am not sure on why the no photograpy, they must have had bad experiences in the past. But, they have huge signs when you enter the store. Then the walls are all filled at the entry of someone's beatiful photography done at the store. theFly

I am not sure what you do with it since it really did not taste very good and was expensive even with the 20% off. It is called a horn melon. The farmers market I bought it at ddid not allow photography in the building therefore I had to bring it home. theFly

I have never seen one of these before. What do you do with it? What does it taste like? Looks like something my husband would pick up at the market "cos it was on special". My usual response to that is "If you had of waited long enough they probably woulda given it to you for free!"
I like your idea of re-visiting your first challenge too.
