My Faith (*)

My mum got me this cross for christmas and its my favorite thing to just hold and look at, and reflect in my beliefs.

"For God so loved the world that He gave His only begotten Son, that whoever believes in Him should not perish but have everlasting life. For God did not send His Son into the world to condemn the world, but that the world through Him might be saved."

Simple and nicely composed image, has a great feeling of personal faith. The shallow DOF works well, but would like a teensy bit more on the cross itself.

Stunning photo, I love the technique used here. I don't share your beliefs, but I think that for someone who did, this image would hold a lot of meaning for them. Excellent work! Gayle

Whether you're a believer or not, this is quite a strong image. I really like the DOF on this. A good entry with a firm narrative.
