Good job on the fix, I like it a lot better now.

Removed the car from the picture and did a little less cropping, as suggested.
I think the result was a cleaner image. Also applied a bit of curves to make the tire
sligthly darker and bring out a little more detail in the stud.

Good point, I might try to exchange the image to one without the PIP on friday when I'm back home after christmas.

Quite a different take on the subject, good to see a new point of view. I think the exposure is a bit on the hot side, quite tricky with the bright snow and the black tyre, I know .. I think the picture would have been even better without the little PIP added and maybe with a bit more of the thread showing.
