Ok, here's the other one. This one I bounced the flash off the wall.

The reflection in the previous image was not from a light fixture, I said in the description that it was from the flash. I was moving the flash around trying different angles just to see what happened. It was the only one that came out like that, and I don't know how it did it. I thought the reflection looked neat, but oh well.

Jim, You need go to a well lit room without over head lighting and bounce the flash off of the ceiling. Also, you need to shoot from a lower angle. These two things should reduce the reflections. theFly

Jim, I think you should post the other version you mentioned. The reflection of the light fixture is irrelevant and distracting. --Garrett

How's this, solid white background (we do have white bowls), less seeds and in formation. :D

Does this count as a one word title?

I really like the colours and the level of detail / sharpness. The image might be more effective with less seeds and/or by putting them in some sort of formation. Less is more. Nice job, none-the-less.

I like the "character" of the seeds - if that makes any sense? hehe. I like how some are prefect seeds and others a slightly crushed, etc. Very nice.

The first shots I took, I had them on a red and white striped towel. We don't have any solid white plates, they all have flowery patterns on them. :(

Very well focused and lit. (*) My personal preference would have been a solid back gound for the seeds. Maybe a white plate? Otherwise, very nice.
